OTEC'S New Leadership Development Program is designed for new or emerging supervisors and managers. The program provides participants with the knowledge, skills and tools essential for effective leadership.

Communication Skills For Leaders
People- leaders learn to identify individual communication styles on how to best adapt to all styles for effective workplace communication. Improve relationships by understanding why communication traits represent different styles of thinking and behaviour.

Leading with Emotional Intelligence
Advances leadership skills by enhancing participants' ability to understand, manage and leverage emotional intelligence to improve their ability to deal with conflict, and relate to others more effectively.
