Workshops from OTEC's LX - Leadership Xelerator focus on developing the skills of new, emerging and experienced managers and supervisors for success.

LX's Leadership Excellence Series, focuses on the vital role managers and supervisors play in leading organizations to develop and perform successfully in the workplace.The series is divided into two program streams; New Leadership Development for new or emerging supervisors and managers and Senior Leadership Excellence for experienced supervisors and managers.

New Leadership Development

This program provides new or emerging supervisors and managers with the knowledge, skills and tools essential for effective leadership. Upon completion of 5/6 workshops participants will receive a Leadership Foundations Certificate.
