Engaging Generation Y

Generation Y’s (born between the years 1980 and 2000) are now entering the workforce, and they have distinct qualities and expectations that are dramatically impacting organizations. This engaging workshop will help managers and supervisors develop the knowledge, skills and tools to successfully recruit, retain, develop and motivate Generation Y employees. It will also help with understanding the characteristics of Generation Y, where these characteristics come from, and how they impact this group’s expectations of the workplace.
