Engaging Generation Y

“Generation Y” refers to those born between the years 1980 and 2000. Gen Y’s are now entering the workforce with distinct qualities and expectations of the workplace that are having a dramatic impact on organizations across North America. Engaging Generation Y is designed to help managers and supervisors develop the knowledge and skills they need to effectively recruit, retain and manage the performance and motivation of this growing employment group.
