e-classroom Learning

Facilitators join team members from across the province for activities and participants brainstorm using a virtual whiteboard, allowing team members to receive consistent facilitator-led training.  This learning approach maximizes time with a facilitator and minimizes travel costs, making it ideal for organizations where team members are spread out geographically or are located in remote areas.

Webinars delivered by OTEC combine the dynamics of an engaging presentation or demonstration with the technology of web-based learning. Mobile Learning

This relatively new learning format is an innovative option for organizations with on-the-go team members unable to attend training sessions or reach a computer consistently.
