Setting the Stage for Successful Client Interactions

This program focuses on understanding the importance and benefits of ensuring client interactions are completed successfully. In this workshop you will identify techniques to create an appropriate climate for client interactions, identify barriers to effective communication and implement a CARE model of empathetic communication.

This program will help strengthen the connection between the client and employee, and emphasizes the importance of effective communication and accurate information when speaking with clients and team members.
