Ethical Excellence

Ethical Excellence helps service providers understand ethics and its importance in the service industry and the workplace. It provides employees with tools to recognize their job as a commitment to providing consistent service with thoughtfulness and respect for customers.

This program creates a standard of consistent, ethical service. Professionalism is emphasized as an important component to working in a service-related field; employees learn to recognize their style of managing ethical dilemmas and different methods to effectively address these situations.
