For over 12 years, Ready-to-Work has been helping newcomers to Canada develop skills and employment opportunities in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry.  Through an enriching mix of classroom and on-the-job training, this engaging national program has allowed thousands of individuals to overcome barriers to employment and gain the marketable certification and practical training required to succeed in their careers.  We are very proud of the difference OTEC and its six regional partners have made in so many lives, and would like to share a few of the remarkable achievements program graduates have realized through Ready-to-Work.
