OTEC's foundational Service Excellence program has been refreshed to explore customer service from a variety of perspectives with an emotional intelligence (EI) lens. Being emotionally intelligent and communicating effectively with customers will help employees create and deliver memorable service experiences.

High schools recognize this and over 300 English and French schools within the public and separate school boards deliver OTEC’s flagship Service Excellence program in their Co-op, OYAP and SHSM programs.
